New for 2011, Wahl will be adding a full line of natural pet shampoos. Wahl’s new shampoos are formulated from 100 percent natural plant-derived oils, are PEG-80 free and do not contain harsh chemicals that could be dangerous to pets.
The shampoos are designed with the same uncompromised quality consumers have grown to expect from Wahl. This new full line of dog shampoos include options such as the 4-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner, Puppy, Oatmeal, Odor Control and Shed Control. Shampoo will be packaged in a 24 ounce ergonomically designed bottle for easily handling. The concentrate formula and larger bottle design offer pet owners more baths in a single purchase.

According to Wahl research, 28 percent of households used a pet clipper in 2010, a six percent increase from the previous year – leaving plenty of room for growth. Despite the savings, pet owners still want products that are dependable, durable and category-leading.
To help customers, Wahl has also established an easy-to-use grooming performance guide on all clipper and grooming tool packages that allow owners to identify their specific pet grooming needs based on coat length and desired degree of cutting and trimming – eliminating confusion in the aisle.
